Level 2 is designed for dancers who are already flat in their splits and who feel ready to take their flexibility and control to the next level. In these sessions, dancers will focus on:

• Advanced Stretching Techniques: Explore deeper stretches and methods to safely push your flexibility limits.

• Over-Splits Training: Work on controlled over-splits to increase range of motion and enhance your lines.

• Active Flexibility With Strong Focus On Alignment: By prioritizing alignment, we ensure that every stretch supports your body’s natural movement patterns, helping you achieve greater mobility without risking injury.

• Back & Shoulder Flexibility: Target upper body flexibility to improve arabesques, scorpions, and backbends.
