Below is a list of content we endeavour to deliver during our acro workshops. If you’re hosting us at your studio and would like us to spend more time in specific areas with your students, you can choose from the following topics to formulate your own Acro Alliance workshop program*. Not exactly sure what you're looking for? No problem! Book us for the Acro Alliance Experience where we set out to touch on all of these over 1 to 4 days.
*Customized programs require a minimum of seven days notice prior to the commencement of your workshop.

HANDSTAND & BALANCE TECHNIQUE
Master the secret to acrobatic balances using progressions that work! Students will quickly understand how to find their centre while working through engaging exercises. More advanced students will work on an array of challenging balances including press to handstand.
