ABOUT THE EVENT
Level 1 is designed for dancers who are still working toward achieving flat splits and improving foundational flexibility in their hips, legs, ankles, and feet.
In these sessions, dancers will focus on:
• Safe Stretching Techniques: Learn proper alignment and methods to avoid injury while increasing flexibility.
• Foundational Flexibility Drills: Build strength and flexibility in key muscle groups to support your splits journey.
• Active Stretching & Mobility: Incorporate controlled movements to improve both flexibility and functional range of motion.
