Elevate 3: JANUARY 25, 2026 DROP IN (SENIORS 12YEARS+)

The Senior Acro Workshop is designed for dancers and gymnasts ready to level up their acro and tumbling. This intensive focuses on refining technique, building power, and expanding each athlete’s acro skill set to include dynamic tricks, seamless transitions, and stronger combinations for routines, solos, and group choreography.

Each session begins with a structured, purposeful warm-up, followed by targeted stretching and conditioning to prepare the body for higher-impact and more complex acrobatics work. Athletes will then move into acro combinations across the floor, where the focus shifts to flow, efficiency, musicality, and creative trick variations.

Throughout the workshop, athletes will receive individual technical feedback, clear corrections, and spotting where required, all within a positive, motivating, and supportive training environment. Progressions are thoughtfully designed to safely develop skills from foundational tumbling through to more advanced elements, helping athletes improve consistency, control, and confidence.
